De beoordeling vindt plaats op basis van volledige aanmeldingen, waarbij alle kandidaten gelijk worden behandeld. Afgewezen kandidaten kunnen op verzoek een gemotiveerde toelichting ontvangen. ----- Na een uitnodiging voor bezichtiging verloopt het contact rechtstreeks via de woningeigenaar/beheerder. INCOME REQUIREMENT: GROSS €6.000,- Service costs per month: €85,- Candidates are assessed on the basis of objective criteria, including: completeness and accuracy of the application, income in relation to the rent and proof thereof, creditworthiness where relevant, number of persons in relation to the size and layout of the property, timeliness & completeness of the submission of requested documents and agreement to the terms and conditions of the tenancy agreement. The assessment is based on complete applications, with all candidates being treated equally.
