Hii everyone, I am temporarily subletting my room from July 11 to January 30th 2027, but I am flexible to start subletting from early September! It is a cosy and spacious room with a loft bed (23 square meters) and a private kitchen, which has a stove, a microwave/oven, and a dishwasher, and it is furnished with a dresser, a desk, a couch, a kitchen island and a wardrobe. The house has a bathroom and a toilet, as well as a garden, and you would be sharing the facilities with three other roommates. There is also a basement with a washing machine and a dryer. The room is located on Westersingel, a 13-minute bike ride to Zernike, a 3-minute ride to the city centre and a 3-minute walk to Noorderplantsoen! There is also an Albert heijn close by, only a 2-minute walk! Registration is unfortunately not available, and the rent is 900€ per month.
