Yes! We want to provide the best service to you! If you are not 100% satisfied, you will get your money back, no questions asked!

You can cancel your subscription at any time, this can be done via your dashboard. Then choose 'My subscription' and select 'Stop automatic renewal'. You will then still have access until the end of your subscription period. You can see what date this is when you cancel.

You pay with us easily by direct debit or credit card. For direct debit we use Buckaroo. For processing credit card payments, we use Stripe.

On average, our users find a new home in 4 to 8 weeks. We have 3 different subscriptions: per 1 month, per 2 months and per 3 months. The more months you choose the more discount you get! We therefore recommend a 2 or 3-month subscription to maximise your chances of finding a new home and getting the most discount.

No, we do not charge for using the payment methods. We also do not charge ordering, shipping or handling fees for your subscription.

As a subscriber, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within a cooling-off period of fourteen days, starting from the day after you took out the subscription, without giving any reason. To exercise this right of withdrawal, you can notify us within this period by emailing [email protected] to inform us that you wish to terminate the contract. You may also use our withdrawal form for this purpose. You can find it here: https://static.inversive.nl/static/files/herroeping-inversive-media.pdf. Alternatively, you may also use this European standard withdrawal form: static.inversive.nl/static/files/modelformulier_voor_herroeping.docx You are only required to pay any costs for the service up to the date of termination. If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged any fees for such a refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. You are only required to pay any costs for the service up to the date of termination.

If you decide to take out a subscription, you can do so easily via your dashboard or when signing up. We charge a monthly fee, which you can pay conveniently by direct debit or credit card.
