Gabriel is from Italy, 28 years old, an office worker at the airport. The apartment is located in Oeverpad 1068PM Amsterdam (25 mins by bus to Schiphol airport, 15 mins to Sloterdijk, and Lelylaan station). This neighborhood is at a quiet area, and Sloterpark is right in front of the apartment building. The apartment building has an elevator. The apartment is spacious (110 m^2), fully furnished, and it has three bed rooms, one living room with a balcony, a kitchen, a separate toilet, and a bathroom. And the available room (the biggest room of the apartment) has a single bed, and a wardrobe. Also, the kitchen is equipped with all appliances such as a stove, an oven, a fridge, and a dishwasher. The monthly rent for the room is 1126 euros (excluding utilities), including all utilities (gas, electricity, water, and internet), it is 1182 euros per month in total precisely. The deposit is one month of the monthly rent (1126 euros). No smoker. No pet(s) unfortunately. ***Important*** We are looking for one who is *quiet*, *clean*, respectful, and responsible.
