Hi roomseekers (internationals welcome)! A big room will be available in our cozy home in Helpman from 1 July for an indefinite period (registration is possible). The rent is €632.41 exclusive, with ~€70 added costs for utilities (wifi, gwl) and the room is 18.4 m2.The house has a shared kitchen, bathroom and balcony(!), there is no shared living room. The room itself has a built in closet and a big window, with alot of natural light. You will be sharing the house with three other female, first year students. We are all studying at zernike right now and were preferably looking for someone neat, who would enjoy doing stuff together, but also values their own time. Hospis/viewings will be held next week monday (22/06). The exact times will follow, but it will probably be in the late afternoon.
