**Co-tenant wanted: room in 3-bed apartment in Diemen Zuid (Holland Park), from 1 November 2026** Furnished room of 12 to 14 m² in a modern 95 m² apartment, under 5 minutes' walk from Diemen Zuid station. Your share is €950 per month including service costs excl. utilities. Fully furnished, with washer, dryer and dishwasher. The contract is for 2 people, including myself. There is a third bedroom, so we could also arrange for you to rent two rooms at a higher share: ideal if you'd like a separate home office. You sign the lease with me, so registration is possible. Indefinite lease, 12-month minimum, income check by the property manager. About me: I'm G, Belgian, 29M, working professional. I already live in the apartment and am looking for a tidy, reliable working professional to share a new contract with. Contact me with a short description of yourself and I can share more info. (photos are of exact same apartment one floor up, furnishing may differ).
