Longterm flatmate wanted in Diemen. We are looking for one friendly, tidy, long-term flatmate to share a bright apartment in Diemen. One room is opening up in our flat from the 1st of November 2026 and we’d love to find the right person to join us in our cozy home. Here is a quick rundown: - Three bedroom apartment, shared between three flatmates in total - Shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilet and laundry - Located a 5 to 10 minute walk from the Diemerplein shopping center Quick rundown of the room: - 790 €/month, including utilities - 790 € deposit - Registration NOT possible - Approx. 12 m2 - Fully furnished room, with double bed, wardrobe, and desk. We’ll be a good match if: - You’re in your mid to late 20’s, at the end of your studies or a working professional not fully working from home. - You’re tidy and respectful of the shared spaces. - You’re looking for a place to call home for a while and not just a few months. An important dealbreaker so we don’t waste each other’s time: - This is a non-smoking household About us and the place: I am a 28 year old PhD student originally from New Zealand and Caroline is 24, currently doing her masters and originally from Sweden. We like a home that is calm, tidy and clean while still being warm and inviting. A place where all flatmates feel safe and comfortable, can share a meal or watch a movie together from time to time while all having our own lives in Amsterdam. The flat is bright, in a lovely neighborhood and close to supermarkets and public transport. If this sounds like your kind of place, send us an email to […] with a short intro – who you are, what you do in Amsterdam and what you’re looking for in a home. DMs will NOT be read or responded to.
