Room for rent in Diemen-Zuid – available from 25 October (but 20 october is also possible) I’m leaving my beloved room in Diemen-Zuid because of a new job, so I’m looking for someone to take over! 📍 Location: Diemen-Zuid 💶 Rent: €1,175 all-inclusive (heating, gas, water, electricity + trash taxes) 🛏️ The room • Around 10 m² • In a beautiful and spacious apartment on the 1st floor • Shared with a super friendly Irish student • Large terrace, perfect for relaxing, smoking or having BBQs • Quiet and safe neighbourhood with lots of families and students The room includes a wardrobe for the clothes but not the bed. 🚆 Very convenient location • 6 min walk to Diemen-Zuid train & metro station • Around 5 min to bus 44 • Around 8 min to the tram towards Amsterdam • Easy and quick connection to Amsterdam centre, universities, libraries, events and places like Ziggo Dome 🛒 Everything you need nearby The apartment is right next to a square with: • Jumbo supermarket • Pharmacy • Bakery • Drugstore • Pizza/kebab place open until late • Hair salon • Butcher • Cafés and other shops nearby Ideal tenant an organised person, who possibly has experience with shared living and the nederlands. But if you are new its fine as long as you are prepared. Obviously I will favour people who intend to take the room by the 20th instead of the 25th. Practical informations of things to pay before moving in: • €1,175 deposit (1 month) • €391 rent for 20–31 October (2 weeks) • €1,175 rent for November It’s honestly a lovely and very practical place to live, and I’m sad to leave it!
