Hi, I'm subrenting my furnished studio from 1 of september (or preferably 26th of August) until earliest March, latest June (I’m going abroad and do not know when I’m coming back). It is located in oost (2 min walk from Spaklerweg and 12 min walk from Amstel station). It is 35m2, with your own bathroom, shower, kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher and little garden (additionally 6m2). Right in front you can put your bike (but there’s also an option inside that’s locked) and there is also a shared square with a pingpong table, sun loungers and picknick tables. The costs are €1285 including gas, electricity, water, wifi, etc. and the deposit is €2000.
