**Furnished 35 m² private studio // Amsterdam West //** **€900 all-in // 1 September to end of January** I'm going on exchange to China for half a year and I'm looking for someone to take over my studio while I'm away. It's a 35 m² studio on a high floor in a new building in West. It's a corner apartment, so there are big windows on two sides. The sun comes in from around three in the afternoon and the sunsets over the city are honestly the best part of living here. Everything is there and ready to use: bed, sofa, dining table, a desk , your own kitchen (induction hob, oven, fridge), bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a washing machine. **Practical** * Period: 1 September – end of January (5 months, full period only) * Rent: €900 per month, including gas, electricity and wifi * 35 m², fully furnished, lift in the building * 5 min walk to Station Lelylaan (train, metro, tram) * 10 min walk to Vondelpark, supermarkets around the corner * Registration at this address is not possible. * **Viewings are on Sunday (**13:00–17:00)** and Tuesday (**13:00–20:00) **only** I'm looking for one person for the **whole **period.
