My room is available from November in a fully furnished shared appartement of 120m2 in Amsterdam Oost. The house is shared with my male roommate of 33 and a very lovely cat. We are looking for somebody that is tidy, clean, respectful and having affinity with cats is a pre. (She is very lovely as you can see in the last picture) The apartment has two floors, two living rooms and two balconies. So the combination of having privacy and the option to share when you want. The all inclusive rent is 1400 and the rental period is 3 months with a possibility to extend. Additionally a one month deposit has to be paid.
