I recently found a beautiful apartment in Albert Cuypstraat, in the heart of DePijp, near Roeterseiland Campus. The landlord accepted the offer of €3100/month (€1550 per person) which will be signed tomorrow (Monday Aug.10) and I have no one to sign with. Contact me if you are interested. I am looking for a male flatmate, preferably within my age range, who is very clean and organised like me. I am pretty quiet and do not host crowded events with a lot of people. I am a big fan of football and basketball, which I try to play as often as possible. I also love scuba diving, going to Oosterpark and am looking forward to explore the Netherlands during my second year! The apartment is located on the second floor in a lively area of DePijp, surrounded by many cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The 52sqm apartment is unfurnished and includes 2 bedrooms, and a bright living/kitchen area with big windows. There are modern bathrooms (one with a toilet and one with a shower). The energy label is A++ . A dedicated washing machine room is also included.
