Hello everyone! A room is becoming available in our shared flat and we are looking for a new tenant. First up here is how we do things in our home and what values we have for living together. For us it is very important that a new flatmate would match those: Clean - We always make sure to leave common areas in a clean and tidy state (no leaving dishes behind, wiping the counters etc.) We also have a cleaning roster to make sure we share household chores equally. Quiet - The house carries noise quite a lot so we are doing our best to be mindful of noise (especially around the morning and evening). People frequently work or study from home and in general we prefer a calm atmosphere at home. So we avoid things like playing music out loud that is audible to others or other things that could be disruptive. We are not a party flat. Communicative/Considerate - We are very direct and open with bringing things up to each other to make sure we are all comfortable when living together. We try our best to respect each other, show common courtesy and are open to hearing each other's requests. We appreciate people who don't have any problems with receiving feedback and being upfront themselves. Age - ideally 25+ (we are all mid 20s to 30s and looking for someone with a similar age). He unfortunately doesn't take well to other cats so introducing a new cat would be difficult. We have multiple nice nature spots close by to escape into some greenery. Supermarkets are only 2 minutes by bike. Living spaces are fully furnished and equipped with kitchenware, washing machine etc. To get a feeling for the size of the room you can see in the picture how it is currently arranged. The room itself is unfurnished** though as seen in the first photo our old flatmate fit a double bed, closet and small desk in it. You'll be living with 3 others (one couple (f/m) and a single male) who are inhabiting 2 other rooms.
