🏡 Room Available near Hoornsemeer (Female) 🏡 Starting from early October 2026 (exact move-in date to be discussed), a room will become available in our house! The room is approximately 22 m², on the second floor, and is located in the neighborhood next to Hoornsemeer. The rent excluding utilities is €524 (possibility to ask for huurtoeslag/rental allowance). We share the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and a laundry room. An Albert Heijn supermarket is within walking distance, and the shops at Overwinningsplein are only a 5-minute bike ride away. The city center is about 15 minutes by bike, and there's also a bus stop just a 2-minute walk from the house. You'll be living in a quiet neighborhood with two female housemates: Sarah (German, 19) and Shanice (Dutch, 24). One has just started her studies, and the other has recently started working. Apart from a cleaning schedule, we don't have any mandatory house activities, but we're always up for a cup of tea or doing something together. 😊 Interested?
