I have found a great apartment through a rental agency and have a viewing scheduled for Monday, 7 September. I originally had someone who was planning to apply together with me, but unfortunately they had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, so I’m now looking for someone else who might be a good match. The apartment is around 90 m², fully furnished and located on the top floor. It has two spacious bedrooms and a bright, open living area with large panoramic windows. One of the nicest features is the beautiful open view towards the IJmeer, with lots of natural light and a really nice waterfront feel. It also has an open kitchen with built-in appliances, private storage, a lift, a shared enclosed courtyard and energy label A. 💶 Base rent: €2,400/month 🔐 Deposit: 1 month’s rent 🏠 Costs to be shared between two people A little about me: I’m Chetan, I work full-time in IT and I’ve been living in Amsterdam for around four years. I’m clean, responsible, respectful and easy-going. I’d like to have a friendly atmosphere at home while also respecting each other’s privacy and personal space. Outside work, I enjoy cooking, going to the gym, cycling, spending time in nature, stand-up comedy, movies, good coffee and occasionally going out with friends.
