It can be taken over empty, or with furniture, for which the current tennant asks a fee of €40. 🚪We are a nice, quiet but gezellig student house, currently inhabited by all girls who love to have a chat in the kitchen but we also like to keep busy with our own thing. The house has a shared kitchen, toilet and bathroom.
