**Nieuwe huisgenoot gezocht!** Voor ons huis aan de Molukkenstraat zijn wij per 1 oktober op zoek naar een nieuwe huisgenoot. Wij zijn een rustig, gemengd huis (2M, 2V) met studenten in verschillende fases van hun studie. Hoewel we allen houden van gezelligheid zijn we ook druk met onze levens buiten het huis, dus hebben we geen verplichte huisavond. Het huis heeft een gemeenschappelijk balkon, een gedeelde badkamer en keuken. Er is geen GK in het huis. De ruimte die vrijkomt bestaat uit twee kamers. De kleine kamer is 6 m2 en heeft een ingebouwd bedframe van 2 bij 1,80. Deze kun je ook verwijderen. De grote kamer is 14 m2. Beide kamers hebben een inbouwkast. Overname van eettafel en stoelen, gordijnen, en de lamp in de slaapkamer mogelijk in overleg. De huur bedraagt €385 per maand, andere vaste lasten zijn ongeveer €80 per maand. We are a chill, mixed-gender (2M, 2V) house with students in different phases of their education. As we are all busy with our lives outside the house, there is no mandatory house evening. The home has a shared balcony, a communal kitchen and bathroom, and no shared living room. The available space contains two rooms. The small room is 6 m2 and has a built-in bedframe (2m by 1.8m) that can be removed. The large room is 14 m2. Both rooms have a built-in closet. Taking over the table, chairs, curtains and lamp in the bedroom is possible. The rent will be €385 monthly, the cost of utilities will be approximately €80 per month. Are you interested?
