Naast de prettige woonkamer en losse keuken, zal je een slaapkamer (grenzend aan het balkon) en je eigen kantoortje hebben. De huurprijs bedraagt ongeveer €1150 inclusief. Het appartement ligt aan de Maasstraat, de gezelligste straat van de wijk (als je het mij vraagt) en met 5 minuten loop je naar de Noord-Zuid lijn! Je komt samen met mij te wonen. Ik ben 32 jaar en ik werk in Den Haag. Daarnaast heb een actief leven, maar vind ik het leuk om af en toe eens samen te eten of iets anders leuks te doen als we allebei thuis zijn. In addition to the comfortable living room and separate kitchen, you’ll have a bedroom (adjacent to the balcony) and your own small office. The rent is approximately €1,150, including utilities. The apartment is located on the corner of the Maasstraat, the coziest street in the neighborhood (if you ask me), and it’s just a 5-minute walk to the North-South line! You’ll be living with me.
