Room for rent (STUDENTS ONLY) REACH OUT TO ME AT THE EMAIL ADDRESS WRITTEN AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS MESSAGE 📍A room for rent will be available in the city centre (Leidseplein area) from 1 of november. ⚠️ Requirements: -you must be a student with proof of university enrollment (not negotiable, this is required from the landlord) -you will have to take over the contract and be the main tenant -you are not registered in Amsterdam at the moment. If you already have a BSN but you are unregistered that's fine ℹ️ The rent is around 1175 euro (it will be raised in mid november and this is the updated price). An additional agency fee applies. Registration is possible 🏠The room comes unfurnished and is over 20m2 (see photos). You will share a big bathroom and the kitchen. Some stuff will have to be bought, but this is something we will discuss in the viewing. 👤 You'll be living with me, Andrea (27), an Italian architect. I am looking for a responsible and clean person (this is really important) who already lives in Amsterdam, as the viewings will be arranged on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (next week). If you are interested, send an email to […] with photos and some info about you ☀️
