The apartment is shared with me and is suited for someone who is clean, respectful and comfortable living in a calm home environment. The room is suitable for one person and comes with access to the shared kitchen, bathroom and living areas. I’m looking for someone who is working or studying, responsible, tidy and considerate of shared spaces. I’m not looking for a party-house situation, but I also don’t want the apartment to feel like two strangers silently passing each other in the hallway. Ideally I’d like to live with someone who is independent, relaxed and social enough to occasionally have a coffee, meal or chat together, while still respecting each other’s privacy and personal space.
