Hi all, I have a room available in my apartment in Amsterdam Noord and I’m looking for a new housemate. I recently graduated from university and will be starting a new job next month. I’m open to either a student or a young professional. Registration is possible. A bit about the apartment: it’s modern, comfortable, and very well connected to Central Station, with a commute of under 5 minutes. The available room is around 11 m² and has large windows. The apartment is approximately 70 m² in total, including a spacious bathroom, storage space, and a cozy 27 m² living room with a balcony. I’d love to find someone who also enjoys having a calm and comfortable home to come back to. I’ll be starting a fairly demanding job, so I really value home as a place to relax and recharge. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who feels the same, is considerate about having people over, and treats the apartment and shared spaces with care and respect. Ideally, I’m looking for a student or young professional who is mainly in Amsterdam during the working week and may often be away on weekends, although this is definitely not a strict requirement. The move-in date is flexible, sometime in early October. Rent is €1,263 per month, including all utilities. There may be some flexibility on the rent if you’re regularly away on weekends.
